Andrew Skelton

Andrew completed his Masters degree, in December 2013 following an Undergraduate degree in Computer Science at Newcastle University. His MSc Bioinformatics project gained a distinction, investigating the applications of data dimensionality reduction in Microarray data, particularly Non-Negative Matrix Factorisation (NMF), supervised by Dr. Matthew Partington.

Andrew started working at the BSU in January 2014, part funded by CIMA and the BRC, supporting the Musculoskeletal Research group (MRG) in the Faculty of Medical Sciences.
